1. Press Win + R hotkeys on the keyboard. or This Computer right click then select properties

2. Advanced System Properties will open.

3. Switch to the Computer Name tab.

4. Click on the Change button.

5. Select Workgroup under Member of and enter the desired name of the workgroup that you want to join or create.

6. Restart Windows 10.
